At Hazal Studios, we hope you love your purchase. If not, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Please read the full policy below before initiating a return.

How to Request a Return (Preferred Method)

The easiest and fastest way to start your return is through your account at hazalstudios.com/account

  1. Log in with your email or phone number
  2. Go to “My Orders”
  3. Select the item you wish to return and click “Request Return”
  4. Follow the instructions provided
  5. This is our preferred method to ensure your return is processed quickly and smoothly.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  1. The item must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging.
  2. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  3. You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
  4. Items returned without being registered first will not be accepted.
  • Return Costs
    • Within Norway:
      • A flat fee of 75 NOK will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping.
    • International Orders:
      • A flat fee of 120 NOK will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping.
    •  Return shipping (always deducted)
      • Additional charges such as customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees — which may apply depending on your country and the nature of the return.
      •  These charges will be deducted from your refund amount where applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at post@hazalstudios.com with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right as soon as possible.

Exchanges

Yes, we do offer exchanges.

1) To request an exchange, simply follow the return process stated earlier or simply by clicking HERE and indicate that you'd like to exchange your item

2) In the note section, please do state the item you would like to exchange it with.

3) Once your return is accepted, we’ll assist you with the exchange process.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email. If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Any applicable return shipping and other related charges will be deducted.
  • Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at post@hazalstudios.com.
