What are my shipping alternatives?
We offer the following shipping options:
- Norway: Shipping is free via Posten.
- Europe: All shipping is exxpress shipping is available for an additional €10.
- Rest of the World: Shipping costs €20.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method.
The product I want is sold out. What should I do?
If an item you love is sold out, we recommend signing up for restock notifications. Simply visit the product page, and click the "Notify Me When Back in Stock" button. You’ll receive an email as soon as it becomes available again!
How can I find the right fit?
To ensure the best fit, we recommend carefully reviewing the size guide provided on each product page. Additionally, take note of the details about what the model is wearing, including size and measurements, to get a better idea of how the item may fit on you.

How can I change my shipping address?
If you need to update your shipping address, please email us at post@hazalstudios.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Please note that once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Be sure to include your order number and the updated shipping address in your email for faster assistance.

Hazal Studios is proudly based in Norway. Currently, we operate exclusively as an online store, allowing us to bring our carefully curated products to customers worldwide.

How do I cancel my order?
Please email contact@veiled.com as quickly as possible! If your order has not already been processed, we will do our best to cancel it. We cannot guarantee that we can make changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message.
Orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, you are more than welcome to place a new order or initiate an exchange here once you receive your order. Veiled offers free exchanges on most US purchases and free standard shipping on all orders within the US over $99!
What if I need to change my order?
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the items in your order. However, if you notice an error in your shipping address, please email us at post@hazalstudios.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update the address before your order is processed.
Please note that we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. If the order has already been processed with the original address, the shipping carrier may allow the recipient to request an address change before the package is out for delivery. We recommend contacting the carrier directly in such cases.

How soon will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and verify the returned item through a quality check to ensure it is in its original condition. Once processed, it may take an additional 4-6 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
