Track Your Order
Where carrier tracking is available, tracking information is provided after dispatch. If items are fulfilled from different locations, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Change a Shipping Address
Contact us as soon as you notice an address error. Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours. We will try to help, but an address change cannot be guaranteed after processing, fulfilment or carrier handling has begun.
Cancel an Order
Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after purchase. A request is not a guarantee of cancellation. If the order has already entered processing or shipped, the appropriate next step may be the Returns & Exchanges process after delivery, subject to eligibility and applicable law.
Tracking & Delivery Problems
Tracking has not updated
Carrier scans are not always immediate. International parcels may pause between networks or during customs processing. If there is an unusual delay or carrier exception, contact us with your order number and tracking information.
Tracking says delivered, but I do not have the parcel
Check the delivery location, mailbox, household members, reception or concierge, safe-drop areas, delivery photos and carrier notes. If the parcel still cannot be located, contact us so we can review the available shipment information with you.
Wrong, Damaged or Defective Item
Contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate next steps.
