These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of the Hazal Studios online store and purchases from Hazal Studios, an online apparel business based in Ontario, Canada. Our ecommerce services are powered by Shopify.

By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with the policies referenced below. If mandatory consumer law gives you rights that cannot legally be waived or limited, those rights continue to apply.
1. Using Our Store
You must use the site lawfully and provide accurate, current information when placing an order or creating an account. If you are not legally able to enter into a purchase agreement in your jurisdiction, a parent, guardian or other legally authorized person must be involved as required by law.
2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, colours, fabrics, measurements, availability and images accurately. Screen settings, lighting and photography can cause colour or appearance differences. Sizing and fit vary by product, so product-specific Size & Fit information should be reviewed before purchasing.
We may correct errors or update product information when needed. Nothing in this section removes rights relating to goods that are defective, misdescribed or otherwise protected by applicable law.
3. Prices, Taxes & Charges
Prices and currencies shown can vary by market. Before you submit an order, checkout displays the amounts Hazal Studios can determine for the transaction, including product price and applicable shipping or taxes handled through checkout. International customs duties, import taxes, brokerage or clearance charges may apply separately where they cannot be determined or collected by us. See Shipping & Delivery.
We may change prices for future orders, but a change does not alter the price of an order already accepted except where correcting an obvious error and applicable law permits it.
4. Orders & Acceptance
Submitting an order is a request to purchase. We may need to review payment authorization, inventory, fraud-prevention information or shipping availability before fulfilment. We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including for inventory errors, payment problems, suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error or a destination we cannot service. If we cancel after collecting payment, we will provide the applicable refund.
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct an address or request cancellation. Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours, and we cannot guarantee a change or cancellation once processing, fulfilment or shipping has begun. Statutory cancellation rights that apply to a particular transaction are not limited by this operational policy.
6. Shipping, International Fulfilment & Customs
Depending on the product and inventory, orders may be fulfilled from Norway, Canada, the United Arab Emirates or Türkiye. Items may ship separately. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for destination customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage and clearance charges unless checkout expressly states that a particular charge is included.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Final Sale
Our standard voluntary return window is 14 days from delivery. Customer-paid return shipping and a 10% restocking fee apply to eligible voluntary returns and exchanges. Approved voluntary returns are normally issued as Hazal Studios gift card/store credit. Final Sale items are not eligible for voluntary return or exchange. Where mandatory law requires a different refund, cancellation, warranty or remedy, that legal right takes precedence over our voluntary policy.
8. Gift Cards & Store Credit
Gift cards and store credit may be subject to additional terms shown when issued or purchased and to mandatory rules applicable in your jurisdiction. They cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
9. Payment & Security
Payment methods are provided through Shopify-supported checkout and participating payment providers. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. We do not ask customers to send full card numbers or card security codes by email.
10. Accounts
If customer accounts are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for information submitted through your account. Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Hazal Studios branding, website text, graphics, photographs, product content and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Hazal Studios and may be protected by copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for personal shopping purposes, but you may not reproduce, republish, commercially exploit or misrepresent our content without permission or another lawful basis.
12. Prohibited Use
You may not use our services to violate law, interfere with store security or operation, distribute malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or misuse personal information, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual-property rights or engage in fraud or abusive conduct.
13. Third-Party Services & Links
Our store uses Shopify and may integrate payment, shipping, analytics, social-media or other third-party services. Third-party services can have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for unrelated third-party websites simply because we link to them.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
15. Availability of the Website
We aim to keep the store available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may maintain, update, suspend or change site features when reasonably necessary.
16. Warranties & Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hazal Studios is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including rights relating to defective goods, fraud, wilful misconduct or other protected matters where applicable.
17. Events Outside Reasonable Control
We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, carrier disruption, customs action, government restrictions, labour disruption, network outages or similar events. We will continue to meet any obligations that applicable law requires despite such events.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms for future use of the store to reflect operational, technical or legal changes. The current version and updated date will be posted on this page. Changes do not retroactively remove rights already acquired under an accepted order where applicable law does not permit that result.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ontario, Canada, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections or rights that apply to you because of your place of residence or the destination of your purchase.
