Currency & Final Total

The currency shown can depend on the market and storefront settings available for your location. Review the currency, product total, shipping and other amounts presented at checkout before submitting your order.

International Duties & Import Charges

Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage and clearance charges may be separate from the amounts collected by Hazal Studios unless checkout expressly states that a particular charge is included. See Shipping & Delivery for more information.

Why Is My Payment Showing as Pending?

Your bank or payment provider may place a temporary authorization or pending amount while a transaction is processed. The timing for releasing a declined or cancelled authorization is controlled by the relevant payment provider or financial institution.

Order Review

Orders may be reviewed for payment authorization, fraud prevention, inventory availability or shipping issues before fulfilment. If additional information is needed, we will use the contact information submitted with the order.
